*Sets 1-2 x 3+2 @ 50% of 1RM Snatch
*Sets 3-4 x 2+1 @ 55%

A2. Every 90 seconds x 5 sets
Snatch + OH Squats
*Sets 1-2 x 1+1 @ 65-70% of 1RM Snatch
*Sets 3-5 x 1+1 @ 75-80%

B. 3 sets of:
GHD Sit Ups x 15 reps
– Rest 30 seconds –
Wtd Hip Extensions x 15 reps
– Rest 90 seconds –
