Taranis Mom Strong

Effective and sustainable fitness during your pregnancy and postpartum stages

The taranis mom strong program.

Are you looking for effective and sustainable fitness during your pregnancy and postpartum stages?

Coach Robyn Rayner has built a fantastic program to keep you active, help you recover, and support you during the rebuild.

Pregnant athletes, you are not fragile, but you’re also not invincible. Stay active throughout your pregnancy while making adjustments on behalf of your changing body, core + pelvic floor, and long-term athletic goals.

Postpartum athletes, your brain may feel ready, but your body needs time. The postpartum body is vulnerable and activity needs to complement its readiness, not aggravate existing symptoms or create new ones. Returning to exercise is not intuitive, this is why our Mom Strong program can help you rebuild your fitness foundation and return to the athletic pursuits you love.

Our Mom Strong program is built on a foundation of TIME, PATIENCE, and PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD and is the key to help you bridge the gap between having a baby to returning to your sport and activities.

1. Learn (the basics)

2. Control (with repetitions)

3. Load (add weight)

4. Explode (add in higher demand, higher impact exercises)

If you are currently pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum, you can get started with us in person for our Mom Strong classes at Taranis on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

If you are early postpartum, you can start with one of Robyn’s 3 online postpartum programs:

•RECOVER

•REHAB

•REBUILD

These online options are self-paced, allowing you the flexibility to do workouts at a convenient time that works for you and baby, you’ll have real-time coach accessibility, and all 3 programs follow the principles of progressive overload to help you build over the course of 4 weeks.
