AM: 530, 645, 1015*, 1130
Tues & Thurs - no 1015 WOD class
PM: 1500, 1615, 1730, 1845*
Mon & Wed - no 1845 WOD class
Saturday
830, 945, 1100 - close at 12pm
Sunday
no class structure, make-up day. Sign up for a time to do any WOD from the week. Coach on duty to help you out!
830, 945, 1100 - close at 12pm

Mon & Wed only. No Friday evening Lite class.
Saturday
830am - merged with the WOD class, scaling options provided.

We may be adding an afternoon class in the new year.
