Hey Travelling CrossFitter, we have a few pass options for you.

If you’re a local, looking to try us out, come on over!

Our only request is that you have at least three months of CrossFit experience.

Taranis Schedule

  • Mon - Fri

    • AM: 530, 645, 1015*, 1130

      • Tues & Thurs - no 1015 WOD class

    • PM: 1500, 1615, 1730, 1845*

      • Mon & Wed - no 1845 WOD class

    Saturday

    • 830, 945, 1100 - close at 12pm

    Sunday

    • no class structure, make-up day. Sign up for a time to do any WOD from the week. Coach on duty to help you out!

    • 830, 945, 1100 - close at 12pm

  • Mon/Wed/Fri

    • AM: 9:00

    • PM: 1845

      • Mon & Wed only. No Friday evening Lite class.

    Saturday

    • 830am - merged with the WOD class, scaling options provided.

  • Tuesday & Thursday at 10am

    We may be adding an afternoon class in the new year.

  • 2 days a week we offer HYROX specific training:

    Friday’s 530am - 8pm

    • The HYROX focus is woven into all of our class programming on Fridays.

    • Movements are very approachable and workouts have the endurance layer. No sprinty metcons on Fridays!

    Oct - Mar Sundays - 845am

    Mar- Oct Tuesdays - 615pm

    • 90 min session dedicated to HYROX skills and running format.

If you’re doing a last minute drop in, please come to the gym before the class you wish to attend and speak to the coach on duty for drop-in registration.
